"Going into this this 4 month plan my goal was just to lose weight. But as I kept up with this plan and the nutrition I realized that my goal that was simply “lose weight” became a goal to where I wanted it to be a lifestyle change. Anna has helped me stay on track and just to make better nutritional decisions in everyday life and also super supportive when you have a week that you backtrack on. She has helped me achieve this lifestyle change and in a positive and affirming way. I have always enjoyed the workouts. I workout out of my apartment gym and she has always made the workouts accommodating the equipment that I have. Since starting I am down 10lbs and couldn’t be happier with my progress and I plan on continuing on this new lifestyle journey alongside Anna"
I have been working with Anna for the past 3 months and have already seen such great results! The fitness plan she created for me is perfect for my lifestyle yet pushes me to best abilities! I love how invested she is into my fitness and health goals with her check ins. Both mentally and physically! And the food plans she creates are very well rounded and easy to follow! I never feel hungry, as I am nourishing my body with healthy food options 🤍 can’t recommend her enough!
Coach Anna has been absolutely amazing to work with. Her plans are great and very detailed and easy to follow. If I don’t know how to do something she will respond to me with a detailed answer or she has sent me a video of her in the gym doing the movement which has been so helpful. The meals are amazing!! (The french toast is my favourite!). If anyone is looking to work with a personal trainer I highly recommend Coach Anna with A Plus Fitness!
