Within our app, you will be able to see instructional videos on each exercise you are given. Since we are a fully online training company, it is important for us that you get a thorough description of the exercises you are performing.
Whether you need help with an exercise, or an extra push of motivation, your coach is always there for you. Never hesitate to reach out.
Your coach will send you weekly check-ins to review your strengths, weaknesses and provide guidance for the upcoming week.
Each month, you will schedule an assessment to meet with your coach online.
