Myles is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with a passion for coaching basketball, which he has done for over 15 years at various levels. He specializes in strength and conditioning, mobility training, and daily performance optimization. Myles has worked with a wide range of clients, from 9-to-5 professionals to athletes at all levels—including high school, club, prep, and professional—helping them build strength, improve agility, and enhance overall athletic performance to support both their sports and daily quality of life.
His approach to fitness is rooted in consistency and efficiency to create longevity, ensuring that whether clients are elite athletes or everyday individuals, they are training smarter, not just harder. As a nutritionist, Myles also emphasizes the vital role of proper fuelling to maximize performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
After undergoing surgery that required a lengthy recovery, Myles embraced a new challenge—running his first 10KM race at the Manitoba Marathon. This journey deepened his understanding of movement, endurance training, and mindset, allowing him to further refine his coaching methods.
